If you need to obtain a visa to attend the conference, register for the conference first, then follow the steps outlined here to obtain a visa letter.

Discounts
Receive a $100 discount off the technical program fee by first making a reservation at the conference hotel then entering your reservation number on the conference registration form. Or receive the $100 discount if you are a commuting resident of Puerto Rico by providing your residential zip code on the conference registration form. One discount per registration.
If you select separate Monday and Tuesday activities, a discount will be applied such that the combined price equals that of a two-day activity.
