The conference will be held at the Condado Plaza Hilton in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Reservations
Registering for the Conference does not reserve a room.
The ACSAC group rate will be $170. A mandatory hotel charge of $5.25 per person covers baggage handling (includes both check-in and check-out). A mandatory hotel charge of $0.50/day is charged for maid service. ACSAC attendees within the room block will be assigned ocean view rooms. The group rate is guaranteed through November 15th.

Directions

Parking
Parking is $22.30/day, subject to change. Many restaurants are within walking distance or a short taxi ride, so most attendees will not need a car.
Meals
The conference provides meals as outlined in the program for attendees registered on those days. This includes continental breakfast, lunch (Monday-Thursday), Tuesday (light) reception, Wednesday dinner, and Thursday (light) reception.
Things to Do
The hotel is on the water, and is adjacent to a quiet public beach. Old San Juan, with its famous forts, restaurants, and shopping, is a 10 minute taxi ride. Other nearby sites include El Yunque rainforest, snorkeling, the Bioluminescent Bay, the Bacardi distillery, and the Arecibo Observatory. We are organizing an optional Friday afternoon excursion, most likely a hiking outing to El Yunque rainforest.
Passports and Visas
Puerto Rico is part of the US. US citizens do not need a passport. Citizens of other countries (including US residents) follow the same rules as visiting anywhere else in the US, and need a valid passport.
