Annual Computer Security Applications Conference (ACSAC) 2023

Panel: ACSAC - Accessibility of Cyber Interfaces as a Priority

Session Chair: Kevin Butler, University of Florida

Technology can be viewed as a lifeline that can also support making daily activities more manageable, enable work and education and support leisure activities. Technology can have significant positive impacts on individuals with disabilities, impairments and long term health conditions. However, cybersecurity actions necessary to use technology and other obstacles can be challenging if you do not have an adequate accessibility requirement.
